The Plot

The plot has a total area of ​​7,080 m2, and is useful in all its extension. It is accessed through three sliding doors located in the fence, and one pedestrian in front of the office building. A gate gives access to the parking of the office building, another central to the Production area, and another to the storage and distribution area. This last gate is located on the left side of the plot (see upper photograph) and constitutes the side loading dock.

 

As can be seen, there is the possibility to build a dock with hydraulic hatches with capacity for two trailers. This side is completely covered by  metal structure and lateral polycarbonate sheets that ensure a space of work and storage safe from the  weather conditions.

 

Like the rest of the plot surface, the ground is built in polished reinforced concrete with high storage capacity, and is elevated from the street level by more than half a meter, which ensures the insulation  in case of floods.

 

The walls are made with solid bricks covered with galvanized sheet, and evenly illuminated by spotlights.

The entire front  has covered parking spaces for staff and visitors. The street on which the complex is located is spacious and quiet, with many parking facilities.

 

Placed in the wall is the private electrical Transformation Center. It also has access to Natural Gas and supply of high pressure water for the Fire Prevention System.
